FITOUT OF LEVELS 2, 4, 5, 18 & 22 FOR BNZ PROPERTIES

The Bank of New Zealand engaged Peck Consultants to plan and manage the fitout of the above floors. This included coordination between the designers, the Bank users, the Bank technology team and the various contractors used on site for the works. The work was completed under the construction management strategy where a number of specialist contractors were engaged to complete the works under the overall coordination of Peck Consultants. Peck's coordinated the various designers, obtained Building Consents and Code Compliance Certificates developed the budgets, sequences and programme. Reviewed and approved invoices and monitored costs against budget and progress against programme. Work on floors included specialist contractors for building works, electrical, data, security, lighting, flooring, painting, mechanical services and joinery.
