EXTENSION OF BNZ CENTER FOODCOURT, 1 WILLIS ST.

Peck Consultants construction managed the 80 seat extension of the foodcourt from design, tender, construction and code compliance. A number of separate contractors were engaged on this project with major items being the procurement of the floor tiles and the furniture from Italy. The project was completed ahead of programme and under the budget. Peck Consultants were involved from the initial concept development and budget estimates. Following a review of the proposed design substantial savings were achieved for the client with the final project costs being 30% under the agreed budget

Hand in hand with the food court extension was the contraction and re layout of the existing bank branch, all times during this work the branch was required to operate without impact to the bank's customers.
