After the Bank of New Zealand Corporate Real Estate relocated to Auckland, the Bank engaged Peck Consultants to manage capital expenditure projects within the prestigious BNZ Tower and the BNZ Retail Centre. Projects undertaken for the Bank to date include the following:

  • Office fitouts and relocation of staff to levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 18, 21 and 22.

  • 80 seat extension to the existing underground food court by contraction of the existing Wellington Branch tenancy.

  • Converting 800m2 basement level from staff lounge and facilities to car parking.

  • Landlords works including strip out, fire services, air conditioning, security, lighting, carpet and make good to suit new tenant on levels 19, 20, 22, 23, 24 and 26. Represent the Bank in resolution of financial contributions and allowances between the landlord and the tenant.
  • Removal and replacement of primary structural elements to the basement retail level.
  • Retail tenant fitouts.
