OLD BANK ARCADE AND CHAMBERS Steve Peck of Peck Consultants was the Project Manager and clients representative for the redevelopment of the old BNZ buildings in central Wellington. This $M19 project involved the redevelopment of four heritage buildings, vacant for fourteen years, into a vibrant retail / commercial facility. The Australian developer relied on Steve Peck to act for them in all matters relating to the building contract and also to represent them locally on this challenging redevelopment of four buildings, two of which were covered by Heritage Orders. The buildings were base isolated to meet current seismic codes.
