OTHER PROJECTS Orthodox Holdings The conversion of the Russian Orthodox Church into apartments BNZ Kilbirnie Peck Consultants were the Banks representatives in managing the refurbishment of the South Wellington Branch situated in Kilbirnie. A complex project requiring major demolition and construction works being interfaced with the building owner, developer, Bank operations and the public services being offered. The Bank also undertook a re-imaging project at the same time as it refurbishment. Construction was completed mid May 2001. Housing Construction management of a number of residential housing units. Separate contracts have been tendered for the various trades and material suppliers. All cost control, logistics, programming being managed by Pecks on behalf of the clients. George Janis The relocation & fitout of a new salon for George Janis in the BNZ centre. We managed the relocation of the salon from its existing location in the BNZ Centre. A number of separate contracts had been established in order that work can be progressed quickly and cheaply to fit in with the clients and the building owners plans.
