Peck Consultants were appointed to project manage this inner city apartment block .Restricted site access, and integration of the new structure to the existing two level concrete structure together with new building code Requirements required a external cladding system to be developed and approved by BRANZ to ensure that this quality development did not suffer from the leaky building syndrome.
