Peck Consultants project managed a number of building maintenance upgrade contracts for the property managers. The contracts included the re roofing of the existing Wellington Regional Council Head Office and also the removal and repair of the entire west elevation windows of the 10 level building. Both these contracts involved essential co ordination with the tenants, as the building was fully operational at all times.
